• Prepare annual and quarterly budgets in collaboration with department heads
• Monitor budget performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures related to budget control.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
• Present budget plans and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
