Sales Manager, Taguig

Responsibilities

• Responsible to monitor Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA)
• Oversees and monitors status/updates of properties for Sale
• Supervises Sales & Marketing Officer
• Provides updates/reports to be submitted to top Management
• Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Negotiate with buyer to increase offer.
• Recommends sales pricing proposal for approval.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Real Estate, Sales Management/ Marketing/Business Administration/Office Management
• Excellent skill in MS Office
• Excellent in verbal and written communication
• Driving Skills is an advantage for this role.
• Willing to travel.
• Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
• Preferably residing in Taguig or Nearby city
• At least 5 to 10 years related experience (including Banking Industry)
• Can start immediately
