Respond to Customer Inquiries:

Manage incoming communications via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.

Provide Support & Information:

Assist customers with product details, service-related questions, order tracking, account inquiries, and general support needs.

Resolve Issues:

Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally; escalate unresolved or complex issues as needed.

Document Interactions:

Accurately log all customer interactions and case notes in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.

Ensure Customer Satisfaction:

Conduct follow-ups to confirm issue resolution and ensure customer needs have been fully met.
