Retail Deployment Manager, Taguig

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Deployment Manager to lead and manage deployment strategies for our retail technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to ensure successful execution of deployment activities across retail environments.

Deployment Strategy & Execution

• Design and implement scalable, efficient deployment strategies across multiple retail sites.
• Manage deployment schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure all deployments align with business timelines and compliance standards.

Project & Risk Management

• Lead deployment-related projects end-to-end, ensuring they align with broader business goals.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive contingency strategies.
• Conduct post-deployment reviews to ensure continuous improvement and lessons learned.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the central point of contact for all deployment-related communication.
• Provide clear and timely updates to internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
• Translate complex technical issues into understandable terms for business stakeholders.

Technical Oversight

• Ensure adherence to change management and deployment best practices.
• Monitor post-deployment system performance and collaborate with teams for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation including flow charts, data flow diagrams (DFDs), and component diagrams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT deployment, project management, or systems integration.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts to support a 24x7 operational environment.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing workloads and shifting priorities.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Jira.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating technical documentation (Flow Charts, DFDs, Component Diagrams).
• Working knowledge of Unix and PostgreSQL.
