Property Agent, Taguig

1. Assist Clients in buying, selling, and renting properties/units.
2. Conduct Property viewing.
3. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
4. Create and manage listings, including the advertisements of properties/units through online channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate or any related course.
• In-depth knowledge of the local market trends, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent our interests effectively.
