Asset Servicing Corporate Actions Analyst, Taguig

Work alongside global business and client-facing teams to support the management of corporate and class actions across various markets. Contribute to strategic projects and support the evolution of Operations, ensuring business activities are carried out efficiently, controlled, and timely. This role is key to smooth asset servicing execution, emphasizing operational excellence and technological innovation to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree
• Minimum three years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, or management in Investment Banking Wealth Management.
• Strong knowledge of Asset Servicing and Securities Market.
• Proficient in SWIFT Messages and Financial Markets.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Consultative approach with the ability to anticipate business partner needs and proactively deliver solutions.
• Highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a transformational mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automation tools and AI/ML concepts. Securities Operations experience is preferred.
• Experience with AI tools such as Alteryx, Signavio, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
