Sales Engineer, Taguig

The Engineer/Officer is responsible for handling customer qualifications (product and device) by following the APQP system and assuring customer qualifications are transferred into mass production to provide additional sales to the company.

SALES

QUAL LOT LOADING MANAGEMENT

• Assure 100% correctness of information listed on CEBR by validating that all customer requirements are correctly written on the CEBR to avoid misprocess that will lead to the wastage of resources.
• Transfer qualification lots to mass production by completing the APQP procedure to continuously increase the yearly sales.
• Provide technical support and assistance via phone, telecon, email or in person to resolve customer issues or concerns related to engineering qualifications, device/product qualifications and qual lots discussed in telecom.
• Jumpstart the qualification of alternative materials/suppliers to the customers by communicating the qualification report and following up the customer for evaluation lots to support the company's goal on supply chain improvement.

SALES ACQUISITION

• Generate additional sales from new customers by qualifying new packages from new customers to meet the company's quarterly sales target.
• Generate additional sales from existing customers by qualifying new packages and devices from existing customers to provide additional sales to the company.
• Generate additional sales from existing customers by qualifying new packages and devices from existing customers to provide additional sales to the company.
