Physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring orders are correct and meet quality standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive, responsive service throughout their dining experience.
• Clear tables, reset them for the next guest, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to the manager if needed.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and exceptional guest satisfaction.
