Responsibilities:

Collaborate within a supportive and team-oriented financial back-office environment.
Ensure all received documentation is complete and adheres to both industry standards and internal company policies.
Accurately enter all financial and non-financial transactions related to fund firms into the transfer agency system.
Participate in peer-to-peer quality assurance processes.
Uphold exceptional service standards through consistent high-quality performance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree Holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
At least 2 years of experience in an analytical or financial services role (asset).
Strong understanding of mutual funds, capital gains, fund compensation, and
investment account operations is an advantage
Can start as soon as possible
Willing to work onsite in Taguig City
