Description
- Oversee the end to end payroll process
- Ensure that payroll- related documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with government mandates
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Payroll Vendor and other relevant parties
- Manage and Administer mandatory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Process Final Pay
- Assist Year-End process
- Conduct HR onboarding
- Perform other HR related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting, HRIS, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Compliance with Labor Laws.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage talent acquisition processes, ensure adherence to HR policies, and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard business hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
