Job Requirements:
- College undergraduate can apply
- Open for SHS graduate with CSR experience
- At least 1 year of experience as CSR
- Can attend virtual interview
- Willing to work onsite at BGC, Taguig City
Job Responsibilities:
- Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses
- Provide information about products and services
- Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments
- Review customer accounts and make changes if necessary
- Provide assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services
