- Guide the client on the phone with the process and objections.
- Place outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.

- Build rapport with customers, identify needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Meet daily and weekly call volume, sales, and conversion goals.
- Record all customer information, interactions, and sales outcomes in the system.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals.
