PRC License is Required (Registered Nurse)
Assist in coordinating clinical activities, manage patient records, support healthcare staff.
Create, implement, and review clinical care plans.
Attend phone calls to provide clinical care for our clients.
Organise all allied health services for our clients.
Liaise with nurses, staff and allied health professionals in Australia.
Overseeing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure high quality of services.
Promote a strong customer focused culture.
Ensure all documentation, procedures and reporting meets relevant guidelines and legislation.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
Maintain up to date, clear and accurate client care plans, records and meet administrative requirements in accordance with policies, procedures and funding guidelines.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing.
Experience Level: 1 year experience required, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Word; strong communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional evening or weekend work.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, compassionate, adaptable, and able to work in a team.
