US Accounting Manager | CPA | Nightshift, Taguig

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Manager to provide back-office support for a 55-location Supercuts franchise operating across Southern California, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. This role is based in our Philippines office and will oversee financial reporting, payroll support, operational controls, and accounting functions across multiple entities and markets.

Timekeeping & Payroll Support 

• Oversee tabulation and verification of employee timecard hours across all locations 
• Generate timecard reports and identify errors/discrepancies for correction 
• Manage timecard review and approval processes with local management 
• Ensure accurate transfer of approved timecard data into the third-party payroll system 

Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping 

• Supervise preparation and distribution of Daily Sales Reports (DSRs) and daily/weekly labor reports 
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and deliver monthly financial packages 
• Prepare detailed Profit & Loss statements by location, district, market, entity, and consolidated group 
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes 

Cash Management & Inventory 

• Confirm and reconcile daily cash deposits from all locations 
• Oversee inventory reconciliation processes 
• Review and approve restock requests in alignment with financial and operational policies 

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• 7-10 years of xxperience in accounting, finance, or operations (multi-location retail is a plus)
• Strong skills in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting
• Familiar with payroll systems and accounting software
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling large amounts of data
• Good leadership and communication skills to work with U.S.-based teams
• Able to work independently and meet regular deadlines
