We're looking for someone organized, reliable, and detail-oriented to join our team as an Accounting Secretary. In this role, you'll help keep our records accurate, support the accounting team, and handle some admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.


  • Assist with bookkeeping, filing, and preparation of financial documents
  • Organize schedules, reports, and office records
  • Help with payroll, audits, and other accounting-related tasks
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for financial transactions
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in administrative or accounting support is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
