MS SQL Database Administrator, Taguig

• Perform regular audits of MSSQL databases to identify and rectify inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.
• Implement and maintain automated data validation and cleansing procedures.
• Collaborate with data owners, process engineers, and application teams to understand data flow and enforce hygiene rules.
• Develop and document data hygiene standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Support factory systems (e.g., production tracking, inventory, quality control) by ensuring reliable and clean data.
• Analyze root causes of data quality issues and work on long-term solutions.
• Assist with SQL query optimization and maintenance tasks for hygiene-related procedures.
• Create dashboards and reports on data quality KPIs for internal stakeholders.

Good-to-Have:

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 or later).
• Strong T-SQL skills, including experience with stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Solid understanding of database design and normalization.
• Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and quality assessment.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
