  • Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires
  • Coordinate background checks, drug tests, start dates, and onboarding communications
  • Maintain candidate data in Oracle and track progress in Excel
  • Manage Outlook inbox and calendars, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and division leaders to resolve issues
  • Support TA projects and process improvements


  • 2+ years experience in Recruiting Coordination or HR
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Oracle a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; VLOOKUP & formulas required)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
