Description

 Compensation:

  • Handling Time keeping
  • Dissemination of pay slips

 Recruitment

  • Administer final interview for all key positions
  • Issuance of Job Offer and contract


 Employee Relations:

  • Administer Admin Hearings


 Training and Development

  • Handling Training Needs Assessment for employees in line with the talent retention
  • Creation and updating of Training Modules fitted for the business.
  • Must be available to work in Taguig City.
