Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant (Hybrid Role)


Location: BGC, Taguig City (Hybrid: Work from home + On-site / office meetings)


Compensation: 30,000 base salary + generous commissions & incentives (earning potential exceeding 50,000/month for high performers)

We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and driven Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help elevate our operations to the next level.


  • Organize and manage daily tasks using the companys workplace platform.
  • Prepare and manage essential documents (contracts, acknowledgment forms, reports, and listings).
  • Coordinate closely with the founder and senior management, attending select meetings.
  • Work with the admin team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage communication channels (Viber, WhatsApp) to organize client groups, schedule follow-ups, arrange appointments, and oversee document signings.
  • Create, post, and maintain engaging content on social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
  • Handle inquiries from clients and internal teams promptly and professionally.
