Content Operations Specialist, Taguig

As a Content and Social Media Specialist, you will help build awareness and credibility in the U.S. market through public relations initiatives and impactful content. Youll manage Jobleys social media platforms and owned media while supporting internal stakeholders with relevant updates and research. 

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Content Development

• Manage and grow Jobleys social media platforms, initially focused on X (formerly known as Twitter), with potential expansion to Facebook and LinkedIn
• Create engaging content to inform users, build credibility, and support lead generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Career Support, Marketing) to align content with business goals
• Support campaign strategy, planning, and execution

2. Owned Media Content Creation

• Write and edit informational articles aligned with Jobleys content strategy
• Conduct research and develop audience-relevant content to increase traffic and enhance credibility
• Contribute to global PR initiatives through content creation for stakeholders

3. U.S. News Monitoring

• Track and share daily news relevant to Jobley and Medleys U.S. business focus
• Keep leadership and internal teams informed on trends, policy updates, and industry shifts

4. Additional Support

• Contribute to broader communications, marketing, and research projects as needed

Bachelors degree

Fluent in English

3+ years of professional writing experience (in English) for external audiences

Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms

Ability to conduct research and create high-quality content independently Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced experience in visual and video content creation

Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare industry, labor market, or policy landscape

Journalism or communications background with extensive writing experience

Extensive writing experience through journalism or communications roles is desired.
