Description
  • Facilitate end-to-end training programs for new hires and existing agents in collections.
  • Deliver refresher courses, batch training, and coaching sessions to enhance agent performance.
  • Design and implement training modules aligned with collection strategies, objection handling, call flow optimization, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with operations and QA to analyze agent performance and recommend focused interventions.
  • Ensure that training materials and delivery methods reflect industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide continuous feedback and reporting.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Collections Training, preferably in B2B/B2C setup.
  • Solid background in BPO training and Banking Operations, especially Retail Collections.
  • Strong command of collection techniques, compliance protocols, and call quality frameworks.
  • Proven success in delivering high-impact training programs and driving agent performance improvements.
  • Amenable to work onsite daily.
  • Willing to work Australian shift hours.
  • Can start immediately.
