Strategic Negotiation and Sourcing

• Conduct strategic negotiation events for the Strategic Sourcing group.
• Negotiate business terms with vendors and partners to minimize risk and maximize price efficiencies.
• Lead sourcing events from project kick-off to contract execution.

Relationship Management

• Build and create relationships with internal clients to understand their contracting needs.
• Establish relationships and lead stakeholders/cross-functional teams to get process buy-in.
• Create Strategic Sourcing partnerships to increase addressable spend.

Contract Management

• Solid understanding of contract forms (MNDA, MSA, SOWs).
• Liaise with Legal and Security departments to ensure all contract controls and protections are in place.

Category Expertise and Analytics

• Become a category expert, developing category playbooks and roadmaps to enhance strategic negotiations.
• Participate in spend analytics and work planning efforts.

Project Management

• Utilize project management practices and tools to create, manage, and report on project progress.
• Design and develop weekly and monthly operations matrix reports including spend and SLAs.

Technology and Tools

• Use and evaluate eSourcing tools and new technologies.

• Technology-focused industry experience
• Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and supplier management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and project management abilities
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and technologies
