Sales Administration, Taguig

• eCloudvalley is looking for a passionate and dedicated Sales Admin to provide excellent administrative support to our Sales Team. A good candidate for this role is someone who is a multi-tasker, has a great customer service attitude, and can effectively communicate with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administration support to the Sales Team.
• Support includes inside sales activities, preparing quotations, tender projects, and others.
• Preparation and Issuance of quotations, Purchase Orders, Purchase Requests, and Sales Invoices among others. 
• Provide support in regular billing adjustments.
• New Client Onboarding and Offboarding 
• Chasing of Account Receivables (AR) 
• Regular AR reporting to the Management 
• Provide support in Customer Accreditation  
• Regular reporting of payment and collection to management 
• Other office ad-hoc related tasks assigned from time to time such as but not limited to inside sales activities.

• Candidate must have at least (1) year of relevant sales admin experience providing support to the sales team. 
• Passionate, self-motivated, results-oriented mindset 
• Can effectively work with minimal supervision and with a team 
• Proven organizational and time management skills 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) 
• Proficient in written and spoken English
