Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system or manually.
Prepare, assemble, and serve food and drinks according to company recipes and portion sizes.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, counters, and restrooms.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally.
Restock supplies, condiments, utensils, and food items as needed.
Follow proper procedures in food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate handling of payments.
Support team members in other areas of the store (kitchen, counter, dining) as needed.
Assist in opening and closing duties including inventory checks and basic reports.

Preferred Traits:

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
Experience in food service, fast food, or customer-facing roles is an advantage (but not required).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Must be neat, reliable, and customer-oriented.
