Housekeeping (Team Leader), Taguig

Description

Oversee staff on a daily basis, perform toolbox meeting at least 10 mins
Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
Respond to Companys complaints and on-call personnel request beyond working hours
Ensure completion of work orders on timely and accurately
Report any untoward incidents, working conditions and health hazards of Contractors personnel
Establish Housekeeping plan (monthly, quarterly and annually) approved by End user or authorized representative of the Company
Ensure availability of tools, equipment required in the performance of the Services
Ensure that billing statements, approval of KPIs are monitored and timely submission to Head Office Accounting within fifteen (15) days from completion of the Services
Ensure Compliance to Companys Policy, such as ensuring that all additional or augmentation work orders are covered by a Purchase Order, escalate or report to Procurement Contract owner
Ensure compliance to DOLEs requirement (rest day of employee at least once a week)
Arrange personnel deployment during emergency requirements
