Dermatologist, Taguig

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Dermatologist to serve across five clinics under different brands. The dermatologist will rotate weekly between locations, ensuring professional dermatologic standards, safety, and service excellence. This role combines medical supervision, client consultation, therapist training, and quality control.

1. Clinical Supervision & Monitoring

- Conduct weekly visits to each clinic (1 visit per clinic per week). Each visit should be a minimum of 7 hours.

- Ensure therapists are strictly adhering to clinic protocols and safety guidelines.

- Monitor treatments to prevent malpractice and minimize risks.

- Assess and audit procedures and documentation for quality and accuracy.

2. Training & Development

- Facilitate monthly in-clinic knowledge enhancement sessions for therapists.

- Provide one-on-one or group coaching for skills improvement and updated dermatologic practices.

- Identify therapist knowledge gaps and tailor mini-trainings accordingly.

3. Client Consultation & Treatment Planning

- Personally consult clients, especially those with complex skin concerns.

- Evaluate and recommend the most suitable treatment plan according to client needs and skin conditions.

- Act as the medical authority for pre-procedure clearance, especially for invasive or sensitive treatments.

4. Incident Response & Recovery Management

- Serve as the lead responder in any treatment-related skin injuries or complications.

- Guide clients through healing processes and provide medical supervision and aftercare.

- Advise therapists on how to improve technique and client safety post-incident.

5. Education & Preventive Practice

- Implement preventive measures through active observation, reporting, and feedback to teams.

- Develop and promote SOPs for safe, effective skincare treatments across all brands.

- Stay updated with medical advancements in dermatology and translate them into practice

- Licensed Dermatologist (PRC or equivalent).

- Minimum 35 years experience in dermatologic practice, preferably in a clinic or aesthetic setting.

- Strong interpersonal communication with both clients and multi-level staff.

- Skilled in training, mentoring, and staff development.

- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

- Organized, with a proactive mindset and ability to handle multiple clinic environments.

- Fluent in English; Tagalog a plus.
