Position: CSR (Financial Voice Account)

Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 40,000 (Negotiable)

Work Schedule: Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Answer questions about investment accounts, transactions, and associated services from clients and financial advisors.
• evaluates the needs and desires of clients by conducting efficient research, acquiring information, and solving problems.
• Give precise details on account balances, investment products, and performance reports.
• Keep lines of communication open and efficient with internal stakeholders, financial advisors, and clients.
• Coordinates with higher-level support for issues that are beyond of its purview.
• Find ways to improve the process and help increase the effectiveness of customer service in general.
• engages in special activities and carries out additional responsibilities as delegated.
