Responsibilities:
- Answer questions about investment accounts, transactions, and associated services from clients and financial advisors.
- evaluates the needs and desires of clients by conducting efficient research, acquiring information, and solving problems.
- Give precise details on account balances, investment products, and performance reports.
- Keep lines of communication open and efficient with internal stakeholders, financial advisors, and clients.
- Coordinates with higher-level support for issues that are beyond of its purview.
- Find ways to improve the process and help increase the effectiveness of customer service in general.
- engages in special activities and carries out additional responsibilities as delegated.
