- Find the right candidates for various projects
- Develop and execute global recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Post jobs on open-source boards
- Search for new candidates using various tools and sources
- Actively source and engage potential candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Organize interviews
- Approve and write job offers for candidates
- Help candidates to adapt to the new work environment
- Manage a candidate database
- Perform analysis and internal reporting
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
- Creating, maintaining, and organizing office records, files, and databases
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked
