Interior Designer, Taguig

The role involves full architectural design responsibilities along with interior design coordination for residential and commercial projects. You will be based primarily at our BGC headquarters, with scheduled visits to project sites across Luzonfrom southern Batangas to beyond northern Pampanga.

You will lead conceptual design development, produce technical drawings, coordinate with consultants and suppliers, and ensure execution aligns with our high design and construction standards.

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Produce complete construction documents including architectural drawings, interior layouts, lighting coordination, finishes, carpentry details, and material specifications
• Conduct site visits to verify design execution and perform on-site coordination
• Coordinate with MEPFS consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Participate in internal design reviews and client presentations
• Integrate AI-supported tools and technologies into the design and documentation workflow
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, schedule targets, and design intent
