Communications Specialist, Taguig

The role is primarily responsible to support content development targeted to increase employee engagement and promote brand awareness in various external and internal channels, websites, and communication platforms.

• Support internal and external content development, including editorial calendars, project trackers, and award submissions
• Research, outline, write, edit, and proofread communications materials and ensure messages reach target audiences
• Leverage communication programs, message platforms, assets, and channels to support business priorities
• Distribute communication materials in appropriate platforms on a timely
• Track impact of marketing campaigns through performance dashboards, metrics, and analytics
• Monitor inbound emails received via the companys general mailbox and respond to general inquiries
• Create media contact list and ensure proper contact management in various communications tools and platforms
• Monitor and write summaries regarding AECOMs daily press coverage
• Escalate and analyse identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures
• Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues
• Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes
