Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading a team, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining a high standard of service.

• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to quality standards and KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
