Area Supervisor, Tacloban

Store Management & Operations:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned area.
• Ensure stores operate according to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure store managers and staff are following operational standards (e.g., inventory control, cash handling, visual merchandising).
• Monitor and maintain store presentation and cleanliness in line with brand standards.

Sales & Performance Management:

• Drive sales growth within the assigned area by ensuring stores meet or exceed sales targets.
• Implement strategies to increase foot traffic, conversion rates, and average transaction values.
• Analyze store performance reports and develop action plans for areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with store managers to drive promotions and sales events.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Supervise and provide leadership to store managers and their teams, ensuring they are motivated and achieving their goals.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide feedback, coaching, and training to store managers and staff.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees within the region.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee retention.

Inventory Management & Loss Prevention:

• Ensure inventory accuracy across all stores within the area.
• Oversee stock levels and coordinate with regional inventory teams to ensure proper replenishment.
• Enforce loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and prevent theft.

Customer Service & Satisfaction:

• Ensure that all stores deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints or issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain customer feedback processes to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Administrative Duties:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, staffing, and operational issues to senior management.
• Assist with budgeting and resource allocation for the stores within the assigned area.

Compliance & Health/Safety:

• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company-specific health and safety standards.
• Oversee the implementation of health and safety practices in all stores.
