- The Secretary in an Educational Assessment Center provides administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the center. They manage communication, maintain records, schedule appointments, and assist staff with various tasks related to student assessments, educational data, and reporting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and assessments for staff and students.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate records of student assessments, test results, and other relevant data.
- Prepare, update, and organize files for easy retrieval, both digitally and in hard copy.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to student progress and assessments.
- Data Entry and Management:
- Input assessment data into databases or spreadsheets.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of records, data, and reports.
- Assist in the creation of assessment schedules and reports for staff or external bodies.
- Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between staff, students, parents, and other educational professionals.
- Distribute information to parents, teachers, and other stakeholders regarding assessments, deadlines, and procedures.
- Provide general assistance to students and parents with assessment-related inquiries.
