They should have a deep knowledge of different cuts of meat, proper storage techniques, and excellent customer service skills.
Cut, trim, bone, and portion various types of meat, including beef, pork, poultry, and lamb.
Grind, weigh, wrap, and package meat for sale or delivery.
Maintain sharp tools and operate meat-cutting machinery safely.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of meat products to prevent spoilage.
