Description
The Secretary will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing schedules, answering calls, organizing files, and assisting with communication within the office or organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and events for executives or team members.
- Answering Phones and Emails: Screen calls, direct inquiries, and take messages. Respond to emails and correspondence promptly.
- Document Management: Maintain, organize, and retrieve files, records, and documents as required. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and properly filed.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and ensure follow-up actions are executed.
- Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
