Project Nurse (Batangas), Surigao del Norte

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide direct patient care, assess and monitor patient conditions, and administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare measures and disease management.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered Nurse with an active PRC license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Must have completed BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Training or willing to undergo training.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of healthcare services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, patients, and staff at all levels
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on weekends or beyond regular working hours as necessary
