Billing and Claims Assistant in Cubao Quezon City upto 23k



Work Schedule:48 hours compressed work week; 2 Rest Day
Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
-A graduate of Accounting or any related course
-With a least 1 year experience in Billing

Specific Experience
-Services billing

Specific Technical Skills:
-MS Office
-Payroll adept
-Billing process expert

Responsibilities
-Ensure completeness of resources for claiming:
Approved vendor mechanics
Contracts
Related correspondence (claimable/deduction items per branch/per promo)
-Prepare per BU per vendor claiming documents and send to immediate superior and branch approver on time
-Record billed/vendor claims in the claims report
-Post billed/claimed projects in the system
-Solve tickets in the ticketing tool
-Coordinate with immediate superior regarding issues that may arise in billing/claiming
