The Customer Retention Officer's role is significantly important as it relates to retention of customers.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Assisting with customer retention and borrower hardship matters
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Retention inbox
• Responding to customer queries and resolving issues via phone, email, and fax
• Providing timely and accurate resolution to Mortgage Managers' enquiries and disputes
• Escalating complex issues to relevant departments as needed
• Communicating with other teams to ensure clear understanding of messages and initiatives
• Preparing letters and updating internal systems as required
• Performing ad-hoc tasks as needed to achieve business goals
