Description

Responsibilities

a) Spearheads recruitment, selection, placement, and development of key officers and employees;

b) Formulates, implements, and enforces company rules and regulations and other pertinent laws and personnel policies;

c) Plans and implements salary standardization and increases of employees benefits;

d) Monitors administrative violations and the imposition of sanctions;

e) Manages the performance of the five (5) sections of the Human Resource Management Division and the Organizational Development Division;

f) Prepares annual budget for the Human Resource Management Division;

g) Formulates employee relations plans for recommendation to the President & CEO and the Management Committee;

h) Facilitates case conferences according to procedures and conducts counseling of aggrieved employees;

i) Formulates plans for recommendation to the President & CEO & Management Committee, systems, and standards of performance evaluation;

j) Formulates plans for recommendation to the President & CEO and the Management Committee on Employees Incentives, Fringe Benefits, and Awards System;

k) Formulates plans and recommends to the President & CEO and the Management Committee on Employees Annual Health Programs and Occupational Safety and Health Policy;

l) Coordinates with the Department Heads in the implementation of personnel-related development programs and activities;

m) Coordinates with the Department, Division, and Section Heads on administrative and employee-related issues under their supervision;

n) Conducts seminars, workshops, and information dissemination on personnel-related issuances;

o) Conducts coaching and mentoring to poor performing employees together with the immediate head of the concerned employee;

p) Establishes liaising services with national offices and government agencies: NCMB, NLRC, DOLE, and other regulatory offices;

q) Establishes and maintains Personnel Records System and Management;

r) Submits periodic personnel reports to concerned offices and agencies;


Job Requirements

  1. Graduate of BS Psychology and/or Bachelor of Arts major in Personnel Management or related courses
  2. At least 4 years experience in Personnel handling and Human Resource Management
  3. Advanced knowledge or experience in a fully computerized working environment
  4. Proficient in Office applications, especially spreadsheets and presentations
