Production Supervisor, Davao del Norte

Join our team as a DCN/VCO Production Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our Desiccated Coconut and Virgin Coconut Oil operations.

Key Responsibilities:

      Supervise day-to-day production activities for DCN and VCO lines

      Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to quality standards

      Coordinate manpower assignments and shift schedules

      Implement production plans and troubleshoot operational issues

      Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP protocols

      Prepare and submit production reports and documentation

Qualifications:

      Background in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field

      Experience in coconut processing or food manufacturing preferred

      Strong leadership and organizational skills

      Knowledge of production metrics, HACCP, and GMP standards

      Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
