Tax Manager, Davao del Norte

Were looking for a Tax Manager to lead our tax compliance and planning effortsensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

      Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns (VAT, income tax, withholding tax, etc.) in compliance with BIR regulations

      Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize liabilities and support business growth

      Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure timely implementation of updates

      Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies for tax-related matters

      Review and approve tax reports, reconciliations, and documentation prepared by the team

      Provide guidance and mentorship to tax staff and collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams

      Support internal audits and risk assessments related to tax compliance

Qualifications:

      Graduate of BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required

      Extensive experience in tax compliance, reporting, and planningpreferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment

      Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills

      In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR processes, and regulatory frameworks

      Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems; ERP experience is a plus

      High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
