Company Nurse, Davao del Norte

Were looking for an Occupational Health Nurse to help promote health, safety, and well-being across our Panabo siteensuring our workforce stays healthy, supported, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid, medical assessment, and health monitoring for employees
• Maintain and manage clinic operations, medical supplies, and health records
• Assist in implementing occupational health programs, wellness initiatives, and safety campaigns
• Coordinate with HR and Safety teams on health-related policies and compliance
• Support medical documentation for government reporting and regulatory audits
• Participate in health surveillance, risk assessments, and emergency response planning

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse with active PRC registration
• OHNAP certification preferred
• Experience in occupational health or industrial clinic setting is an advantage
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of DOLE, PEZA, and other regulatory health requirements
