Production Supervisor, Davao del Norte

Were looking for a PPIC Supervisor to lead our planning and inventory control functions, ensuring smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

      Develop and monitor production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels

      Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure material availability and timely output

      Analyze inventory trends and optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking

      Prepare reports on production performance, material usage, and inventory accuracy

      Implement process improvements to enhance planning efficiency and inventory control

      Ensure compliance with company standards and documentation protocols

Qualifications:

      Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

      Experience in production planning and inventory control in a manufacturing environment

      Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems

      Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

      Ability to lead a team and coordinate across departments

      Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
