Area Sales Supervisor, Davao del Norte

Were looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead day-to-day sales operations, support the team, and help drive revenue growth in our Panabo-based market.

Key Responsibilities:

      Supervise and support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

      Monitor customer accounts, order fulfillment, and payment collections

      Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions

      Maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors

      Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

      Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities

Qualifications:

      Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

      Experience in sales operations or supervisory role, preferably in the coconut, food, or FMCG industry

      Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

      Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus

      Willingness to travel and engage with clients across assigned areas
