Retail Sales Associate, Marikina

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in choosing eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and related optical products.
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available services.
• Recommend suitable frames and lenses based on customer needs and preferences.
• Handle sales transactions, billing, and cash/card payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and product displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with optometrists and laboratory staff regarding customer orders and prescriptions.
• Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Assist in promotional activities and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Willing to learn about optical products and eye care services.
• Basic computer and cashiering skills.
