Building Administrator
Job Description:
-Oversee day-to-day operations of the 4-storey building including facilities, maintenance, safety, security, and customer service
- Ensure building is compliant with safety, health, environmental and security standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Prepare building advisories, operational checklists, and incident reports
- Support procurement and finance processes including purchase orders and vendor payments
- Implement risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
Qualifications
-Bachelors Degree in Industrial or Construction Technology or Property Management or any related field
-With background in Facilities Management, Property Management, or Building Administration
-At least 23 years relevant experience in building operations and maintenance
- Experience in fleet management and contractor supervision is an advantage
-Knowledgeable in safety, health, environment and security (SHES) standards
-Strong coordination, documentation, and vendor management skills
- Can read and interpret engineering plans and maintenance schedules
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
- Willing to be assigned at Marikina City
