IT Analyst, Marikina

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any related field
• Minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience working with SAP Business One in a transactional and reporting environment
• Proven experience in SQL querying and data analysis against SAP business one databases
• Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and enhancing crystal reports for SAP Business One
• Prior experience supporting ERP Systems (SAP Business One), SAP databases, and business reporting requirements
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex SAP, SQL, and reporting concepts to non-technical users
• Effective coordination with IT, Finance, Operations and Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document end-to-end SAP Business one processes including

1. Purchasing module
2. Inventory management
3. Sales & Distribution
4. Accounts Payable and Finance
5. Production and Operations
6. Master data and System configuration

• Ensure correct SAP Document flow and transactional usage across all modules to prevent errors, rework, and posting inconsistencies
• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis for SAP Business One-related workflows, aligned with actual system behavior and business requirements
• Validate SAP configurations and transactional impacts on accounting, inventory valuation, and management reporting
