Transport Manager, Marikina

Qualifications:

• Preferably graduate of supply chain, Logistics or any other related field
• At least (2) years experience in transport management
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel, Word and SAP
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills and good oral, written and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily execution of deliveries based on committed schedule from DR generation to delivery plotting to POD Compliance
• Manage relationship with providers and ensure compliance to contract in terms of truck availability, call time compliance and other safety and quality compliances
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedule compliance
• Oversee timely demand repairs to minimize downtime
• Monitor fuel consumption and expenses related to PMS and demand repairs
• Target setting and performance review with transport team
• Develop Team capability
