Inventory Accountant, Marikina

Job Description:

• Preparation of Inventory report for Finished Goods, Trading Inventory, for Raw and Packaging Materials
• Sorting and filing of documents.
• Maintaining files from Production, Warehouse, and other departments
• Checking of journal entries for the goods manufactured, received, and delivered.
• Regular reconciliation of transactions for Finished Goods, Trading Inventory accounts, Raw and Packaging Materials accounts
• Posting of adjustments in inventory accounts
• Analyze the days sales inventory every month-end.
• Reconciliation of importations for Trading Inventory, Raw and Packaging Materials accounts
• Monthly inventory count in all warehouses
• Other task assigned by superior.
• Daily monitoring of goods issue/transfer goods of inventory accounts
• Monthly inventory of items
• Monthly preparation of Inventory reports
• Monitoring Cash Receipts Book.
• Encoding/Checking of Material Issuance Slip

• Preferably graduate of BS in Accountancy/Finance or any related course.
• Good technical knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with SAP Business is an advantage.
• Strong understanding in inventory process of receiving of the goods, deliveries and manufactured.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
• Willing to work in Metro Manila or nearby Marikina areas.
