Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Seller Center is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (printing, encoding, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to prepare and print delivery receipts and shipping documents.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move items when needed.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, responsible, and with good work attitude.
• Willing to render overtime when necessary.
• Preferably based in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of items before dispatch.
• Shipping Documents Processing
• Process and print waybills from Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
• Prepare and print Delivery Receipts (DR) accurately.
• Order Processing Support
• Assist in encoding and preparation of orders for regular and key clients.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for order status and availability.
• Warehouse Support
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Assist in basic inventory monitoring.
• Coordinate with couriers and logistics team.
